1Q 2018 vs 1Q 2019 Home Sales Analysis

If we compare homes sold in the first quarter of last year versus the first quarter of this year, we see that “days on market” has pretty much increased across all the cities in Santa Clara Valley – which is great news for home buyers, offering a bit less frenzy in trying to buy your home.

And looking at the median sales price, the majority of cities had a 5-10% drop in price, except a few outliers that actually increased in price.  Take a look at the attached files for an in-depth look.
