Welcome 2022!

Never miss a thing in Silicon Valley! This weekend it’s New Year’s Eve and the start of 2022.  We’ve all been looking forward to leaving 2021 behind, along with COVID, but sadly, it looks like COVID is joining us in 2022 as well.  Uugh!

But that doesn’t mean we can’t embrace some fun ways to celebrate the new year.  When I lived in Connecticut, our family and friends had a tradition of jumping into the Long Island Sound from the local town dock on the morning of January 1st.  Sometimes we had to chip away the ice to get to the water!  Thankfully in Silicon Valley, we can feel pretty confident there’ll be no ice to chip and temperatures will be well above freezing!  So why not head outdoors and enjoy a hike or a fun run to bring in the new year?
