Selling a condo during COVID is hard enough, but when there were already 4 condos in the same complex with the same floor plan also for sale, this meant we needed to make it compelling! We transformed it from their comfortable "home" to a "property" that buyers could imagine themselves in.

  • Packed up and moved all belongings from the home to reimagine the space
  • Developed a project plan and timeline to prepare and market the home
  • Completed property and termite inspections to determine needed repairs, avoid surprises, and speed the sale
  • Repaired various items throughout the home
  • Painted the kitchen a light and bright off white color
  • Deep cleaned the carpet (it was relatively new)
  • Developed a comprehensive marketing & advertising plan in compliance with county pandemic orders for safety
  • Pre marketed in a "Coming Soon" campaign to 20,000+ local realtors
  • Staged and designed by a highly regarded interior designer to show like a perfect model home
  • Professionally photographed inside and out
  • Created a floor plan to assist in visualizing the space
  • Professionally shot video for online property tour and 3D virtual walkthroughs
  • Created a custom property website to host and advertise open houses, photos, walkthrough tours and videos  (www.754TeatreeCt.com)
  • Held live-streamed virtual open house (due to pandemic restrictions) and Facebook live video tour
  • Professionally designed a custom, 2-page flyer to showcase the home for download from the website (pandemic restrictions did not allow any flyers at the home)
  • Direct email and mail campaigns to realtors and potential buyers
  • Social media postings and ad campaigns
  • Aggressive pricing strategy to maximize exposure
